a, Children policy
Children aged 01 - 04 years old: Free of charge (sharing seats and services with parents; any entrance tickets must be paid by parents). Each two adults may accompany only one child under 04 years old free of charge. If one more child (under 04 years old) joins: a surcharge of 50% of the tour price applies. If two more children join: 100% of the tour price applies.
Children aged 05 - 09 years old: Charged at 75% of the tour price.
Children aged 09 and above: Charged at 100% of the tour price, with full services as adults.
Optional seat surcharge for children aged 1–4 if a separate seat is required:
Shuttle Bus: 150,000 VND/seat
Limousine: 250,000 VND/seat
Dcar Luxury: 500,000 VND/seat
b, Cancellation policy
Free cancellation: Before 8:00 PM on the day before the tour departure.
Late cancellation: After 8:00 PM on the day before the tour, the following fees apply:
Shuttle Bus: 150,000 VND/person
Limousine: 250,000 VND/person
Dcar Luxury: 500,000 VND/person
c, Passenger information
We require the following information all passengers at least 24h before check-in:
• Full name
• Date of birth
• Gender
• Nationality
• Contact number
• Address
• Email
• Any special dietary requirements or food allergies should be informed to us
d, Deposite
To confirm your reservation with Otis Premium Cruise, we require a deposit based on your travel date:
For bookings more than 30 days in advance, a 50% deposit of the total cost is required to secure your accommodation.
For bookings within 30 days of the departure date, full payment (100%) is required at the time of booking.
We accept bank transfer, cash at office. Please note that bank transaction fees may apply for certain payment methods. All rates are quoted in USD and are subject to change without prior notice. Special offers and promotions may be available seasonally.
Important Notes: Deposits and payments are non-refundable in case of late cancellations as per our cancellation policy. If you wish to make any changes to your booking, please contact us as early as possible. All transaction fees (if any) are to be borne by the customer.
